Doug Allen
Douglas Allen is a speaker, consultant, and advisor. He is a former senior leader with Goodrich Corp, United Technologies Corp, and Moog Corp. He has over twenty years of leadership experience in Aerospace Special Processes & Cast Metal Technologies. Doug specialises in driving transformation, through deploying effective strategies with strong leadership.

Doug has advised the Local Enterprise Partnership on matters relating to Supply Chain Management, and skills shortage. He is currently a Senior Advisor to Moog Inc’s Industrial Group.

He has also advised the University of Wolverhampton in advanced Manufacture, and aerospace training.

He holds qualifications to Post Graduate level in Leadership, Management, Law, Environmental Accountability, Business Administration and Metallurgy.

Anna Lavender-Moore
Operations Director
Anna Lavender-Moore is a Business Excellence expert who has held leadership positions with Goodrich Corp, United Technologies Corp, and Moog Corp. She has 10 years experience of delivering operations, and compliance excellence in low volume, high complexity environments.

She is currently an advisor to University of Wolverhampton on its AERRO project, a European Funded collaboration aimed at increasing the technology levels within the aerospace training space. Anna is a graduate of the Cranfield Business School, and also holds a BSc (Hons) Geography & Ecology, and NEBOSH Diploma in Environmental Management.

Anna is currently reading Organisational & Business Psychology, Masters level at University of Liverpool.
